This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform visitors of this website and people who contact us. The Turkish version prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. Personal data we process

Identity and contact: name, email address, phone number or username you share when writing to us by email, phone or Instagram.
Request content: your messages about a project and any attachments.
Security logs: IP address, browser details and timestamps automatically recorded by the web server.
Cookie data: a strictly necessary cookie that remembers your language (see the Cookie Policy).

The site has no contact form, accounts, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own server, not from third parties.

2. Purposes

Answering your requests, preparing quotes and running projects,
Concluding and performing contracts, invoicing and bookkeeping,
Keeping the website secure and fixing technical issues,
Complying with legal obligations and requests from competent authorities.

3. Legal grounds

We rely on Article 5(2) KVKK: performance of a contract (c), compliance with a legal obligation (ç), establishment, exercise or defence of a right (e) and our legitimate interests, provided they do not harm your fundamental rights (f).

4. How we collect data

Electronically, through channels you start (email, phone, Instagram) and through the web server’s automatic logs.

5. Transfers

Only as needed for the purposes above, to our hosting and email providers, our accountant and competent public authorities. Our web server is located in [HOSTING PROVIDER, COUNTRY]; transfers abroad follow Article 9 KVKK (appropriate safeguards, standard contracts or explicit consent). Messages sent via Instagram are also subject to Meta Platforms’ own policies.

6. Retention

Correspondence is kept for the periods required by law or for a reasonable time after your request is closed; contract and invoice records are kept for the periods set by tax and commercial law. Afterwards data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights (Article 11 KVKK)

You may ask whether your data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad, request correction, deletion or destruction and notification of these to third parties, object to adverse results of solely automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
